There Is a Fine Line Between Worry and Concern

Both of them trigger pain but in a completely different way!
Worry stems from ruminating and from our negative thoughts about the future with assumptions that are fueled by fear and anguish.
This fear results in creating an emotional disturbance. It drastically impacts our peace of mind and takes a toll on our sanity.
On the other hand, Concern drives us to help others solve or, at least, minimize the impact of an issue.
Concern is healthy since it not only shows deep care but also powers action!
What makes us migrate toward the latter over the former?
The quality of our program, our level of self-awareness, and being on a mission that goes beyond ourselves.
